Eligibility
Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above and legally constituted entities. By engaging, the client confirms legal capacity to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Client Obligations
To engage our services effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations, all clients are required to:
- Provide accurate, complete and current information and KYC documents
- Complete KYC as required by RBI, AMFI or other applicable regulations
- Notify us promptly of material changes in financial circumstances or investment objectives
- Not use our services for money laundering, tax evasion, fraud or any unlawful purpose
- Maintain confidentiality of our reports, models and proprietary materials
Fees & Payments
All fees are agreed and disclosed in writing before any work commences. Invoices are issued by Peacock Wealth Management Private Limited (PAN: AAQCP1061R) and are subject to GST at applicable rates.
